The Results Are In...

You're the DREAMER, keep going!

You’re a joy to be around! Your optimistic outlook on life is refreshing and creates curiosity! But, I’m wondering, do you feel as good on the inside as it seems on the outside?

There’s nothing better than to feel you're on the right track. As long as your smile is genuine, and doesn’t pop up from others expectations. I’m celebrating your progress with you, while lending you some wise words in case of moments of doubt.

«Live life to express, not to impress» - unknown

Get to know your own intuition. And you may have heard me say this before, but it's worth repeating: Instead of seeking advice from other people right away, ask yourself what YOU want. How do YOU feel? Seek your own advice before others.

Why is this so important?
I believe outside advice is valuable, but no one is gonna know what is right for you, better than you do yourself. So when you choose to seek advice, either from a parent or someone you love or respect... Be clear on your own opinion first, to avoid having a change of heart, just because their voice is different from yours.

A solid foundation can be of help, both on joyful days and painful ones. It’s easy to stay positive when you're are on a roll, like a good cinnamon one. But in order not to give up the days you get a slap in the face, build a solid foundation!

Ready to build your foundation?
Try these 3 strategies.

1. Write down your core values! There will be days where you feel a bit lost and wonder if you’ve lost your mojo. It’s in moments like these, it’s comforting and grounding to have your own core values written down. They will be your own «wise words» for hard days.

2. Track your progress. Take notes of everything you’re learning and do right. This is something I wish I knew sooner. Whether you do this once a week, once a month or daily, you're creating smart, organised habits for continuing success.

3. Remind yourself of who you are! Your best results comes from you being you. Sounds cheesy, but it's true. Trying to mimic someone else, perhaps someone you admire, will take you further away from your genius. Who you are comes from the inside, not from your surroundings.
