Week two: Watch masterclass 2: "Change your perception of who you are" every day and do the following assignments in the workbook. This topic goes deep and can be an emotional experience.

Week three: Watch masterclass 3: "Overcoming fear, doubts & anxiety" every day and do the following assignments in the workbook. When you understand your own fears, they become smaller.

Week four: Watch masterclass 4: "Learn the methods to change your self image" every day and do the following assignments for the class. Carve out extra time in your schedule, this assignment takes some time.

Week five: Watch masterclass 5: "Scenarios, situations & goals" every day and do the assignments for the class. Go over your previous notes as you complete the workbook questions and exercises.
