HERE'S WHAT TO EXPECT
The complete 4-week experience happens online. We gather twice a week on zoom, and stay connected in between sessions through What's App. Being at these sessions live is highly recommended, as you'll experience the energy and the connection on a much deeper level when you participate live, versus watching the video replays. This 4-week journey is purposely designed as a live experience, while the recordings is a tool for practice and replays.
I recommend you have a journal available to write down ideas or breakthroughs, and to have earphones available for an uninterrupted experience.
